BRASILIA (Reuters) – Brazil’s economic team is fully behind Finance Minister Paulo Guedes and his vision for the country, productivity and competition secretary Carlos da Costa said Wednesday, adding that reducing bureaucracy and the cost of doing business in Brazil will be critical to kickstarting recovery.
When Costa talked about an online live event hosted by local media provider Jota, Da Costa said that getting credit for small businesses is a priority for the government and a decree setting out measures to achieve what will be issued at the end of next week.
